Mechanical Hummingbird

This is a painting from last year's semester's Art class (it's about a year old).

I am fairly happy with the concept, but the lighting/shading isn't that good (and that cup and saucer... don't get me started on that).

But ahhh my scanner. These colours are way too saturated and unbalanced. It looks so much better in real life.

I have another painting that's half-a-year old that I'll be uploading soon, if I can get the larger scanner working.
